Apple Barn is situated adjacent to Saltham House at the end of a private road set in open farmland. It has ample car parking and a patio/garden area to the front of the property.
There is a tennis court available for guests' use by arrangement with the owner.
Runcton is a quiet village conveniently situated 3 miles South of the historical city of Chichester with its beautiful cathedral and Festival Theatre.
The cottage is well situated for Goodwood racecourse and motor circuit, Bosham, Chichester Yacht Marina and the Witterings beaches.
